Female Blood Tests

A comprehensive panel of blood tests will be conducted including 11 hormones such as AMH, FSH, TSH and a full STI panel.

Ultrasound

The transvaginal ultrasound is done by a lab technician and used to look at your ovaries, endometrial lining, and uterus.

HSG 

A hysterosalpingography an X-ray test to outline the internal shape of the uterus and show whether the fallopian tubes are blocked.

Semen Analysis 

Semen analysis is an optional test used to test for male-factor infertility, including sperm count, motility, morphology and vitality.

We have partnered with Reproductive Endocrinologist Dr. Meir Olcha, MD who completed his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center. All tests are ordered by Dr. Olcha and all consultations are held by Dr. Olcha virtually to review test results and provide a treatment recommendations.

If fertility treatment is recommended, IVF Options will assist you at finding a local fertility clinic to undergo treatment.

We’ll send lab referrals to your email. Take them to your local lab to have them done. If you need help finding a lab, just text us.

Like a normal doctor referral, you can use your insurance to cover the cost of the tests, just keep in mind you’re responsible for any co-pays.

Review your test results and treatment options online with a fertility specialist, included in the cost of your order.

3. Get Treatment

You’re in control. If you decide to proceed with IVF or Egg Freezing, we’ll help you find a local fertility specialist with transparent pricing and monthly payment plans.

Yes. We bill labs direct to your insurance. We accept any US health insurance to cover the cost of labs. Medicaid or Medicare can be used.

We charge a $150 fee which includes lab referrals for all male and female fertility tests, and a virtual consultation with a fertility specialist to review your results and get a treatment recommendation.

You can use your health insurance to pay for the cost of tests. You are responsible for any co-pays on tests.

  • Blood tests are generally covered by your insurance. If there is a co-pay it is generally under $50 per person.
  • Transvaginal Ultrasound is generally covered by insurance. Out of pocket costs without insurance generally $250. This can be done at any OB/GYN or radiology center in The US.
  • Semen analysis costs an average of $150 and can be done at most Labcorp locations across The US. This is not included in our package cost.
  • HSG is generally covered by insurance. For patients without coverage, it generally costs less than $450. This can be done at any radiology center in The U

Please note, if a test is not covered by your insurance, you have the option to pay for that test out of pocket. Our service does not include the cost tests.

Once your tests are ordered, you will receive an email with your lab referrals within 24 hours. You can take those to any local lab or imaging center to have the tests done at your earliest convenience.

Once your test results are in, you will receive an email to book your virtual consultation. Generally this happens within 2 weeks of placing your order.

The doctor will provide you with a verbal and written treatment recommendation after reviewing your test results. If you are recommended to get IUI or IVF or Egg Freezing, a Fertility Advisor will assist you at finding a local fertility clinic that meets your needs and budget.

Most of the time it takes a few weeks just to get an appointment with a fertility specialist, without having any testing done. Once you have that consult, you then get tested and have to wait to get those labs back. On average, that process costs $1,000+ without insurance.

We are offering a fast, easy process to get tested and to understand your treatment options before going into a fertility clinic. Understand all of your treatment options with a specialist, before jumping into any expensive treatments.

If you have valid fertility tests, conducted in The US from within the last 12 months, you can proceed direct to a virtual or in-person consultation. The cost of the consultation is $150.
