Meet the team

IVF Options was founded by Lexie Magyar in 2018 in Australia to help people better understand IVF and other fertility treatment options.

After being diagnosed with HPV that progressed to LSIL, Lexie researched fertility treatments. She was frustrated with the lack of transparent information on fertility success rates and costs, and set out to build IVF Options.

Lexie began her career as a search engine marketing specialist at MindShare and headed customer acquisition for the biggest banks and telecommunications companies in Australia. She found it unfair that people can compare anything online, except medical treatment, and wanted to put the power back in the hands of patients.

After successfully building IVF Options Australia, Lexie relocated to the US and joined forces with Connie Jao, after she begun her own fertility journey.

Connie felt lost and unsure of where to go in her fertility journey. After hearing a similar sentiment from all her friends, she joined Lexie to help others navigate their journeys.

Connie began her career in finance and investing at KKR. She then went on to become an early product manager at a health analytics startup (acquired by Vizient). Following her exit, she got her MBA from Wharton and joined Lexie to help make access to treatment more affordable and accessible in the US.
