What Does The Free Consultation Include?
Your free fertility consultation at Extend Fertility includes a 1 hour consultation with your chosen fertility specialist. You will have the option to complete fertility test such as blood tests and an ultrasound that can be billed to insurance. You will also meet with a financial counsellor to review affordable payment options.
Why Is The Consultation Free?
The normal cost for a fertility consultation is $350. For a limited time you can get this consultation free of charge through IVF Options, as a part of our mission to make fertility treatment more affordable to those without fertility benefits.
In order to secure your consultation, a valid credit card will be required. In the event that you no-show or cancel the appointment within 48 hours, a $50 no show fee will apply.
