How it works:

Step 1

If you have a copy of your prescription, email it to [email protected] along with your pharmacy card (below).

If you don’t have a prescription yet, show your pharmacy discount card to your fertility clinic and tell them to send prescription to MDR Pharmacy.

Step 2

Call MDR Pharmacy at 1-800-515-3784 and provide your Member ID on the card.

Member ID All States (except NYC): 8272913388

Member ID for New York: 0145654414

Step 3

The pharmacy will confirm your discount and the total amount of your order. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you.
