How It Works
1. Order Fertility Testing Online
Fill in the form to order your fertility tests online. Ordering fee of $150 includes consult with fertility specialist online.
2. Get Tests Done
We send lab technicians to your home to conduct blood tests. Other optional tests can be done at local imaging centers or labs.
3. Virtual Consultation
When your test results are in, meet with a fertility specialist online to review your test results and understand your treatment recommendation.
4. Clinic Navigation
For patients that do require in-person treatment such as IVF, we will help you find a clinic near you.
How Much Do Fertility Tests Cost?
All fertility tests are billed direct to your insurance. You are responsible for any co-pays on tests. Learn more about fertility tests in our FAQ.
Male & Female Blood Tests
Comprehensive panel of male and female blood tests including AMH, FSH, TSH and a full STI panel. Generally covered by insurance. If co-pay applies generally under $30.
Semen Analysis
Generally not covered by insurance. Approximately $125.
Transvaginal Ultrasound
The transvaginal ultrasound is used to look at your ovaries, endometrial lining, and uterus. Generally covered by insurance but approximately $150 if not.
HSG
A hysterosalpingography an X-ray test to outline the internal shape of the uterus and show whether the fallopian tubes are blocked. Coverage depends on state, if not covered costs an average of $400. This is only needed if you are TTC naturally or considering IUI.

We have partnered with Reproductive Endocrinologist Dr. Meir Olcha, MD who completed his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center. All tests are ordered by Dr. Olcha and all consultations are held by Dr. Olcha virtually to review test results and provide a treatment recommendations.
If fertility treatment is recommended, IVF Options will assist you at finding a local fertility clinic to undergo treatment.
FAQ
Do I need health insurance?
Yes. We bill labs direct to your insurance. We accept any US health insurance to cover the cost of labs. Medicaid or Medicare can be used.
How much does it cost?
We charge a $150 fee which includes ordering of fertility tests, sending lab technicians to your home to conduct blood tests, and meeting with a fertility specialist online to review your results and get a treatment recommendation.
